Shipping policy

IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE: All orders placed after 5pm on 17/10/26 will be sent via Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' service and a small postage fee will be applied to your order to cover this extra cost. This is due to the current issues within Royal Mail and to try and protect our customer's orders from any resulting delays. We apologise that we are having to temporarily stop our free delivery and we hope that we are able to offer this again in the near future. 

Our standard processing time (from order to dispatch) is 1-2 weeks but may be longer during very busy periods. This is due to all products we sell being handmade to order. 

All orders with free shipping/delivery will be shipped via 2nd Class standard post unless a postage upgrade is requested and paid for at the time of ordering. 

Elizimmy Gifts and Home are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
