Shipping policy

Our standard processing time (from order to dispatch) is 1-2 weeks but may be longer during very busy periods. This is due to all products we sell being handmade to order. 

All orders with free shipping/delivery will be shipped via 2nd Class standard post unless a postage upgrade is requested and paid for at the time of ordering. 

Elizimmy Gifts and Home are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
